Next we will cover food and how it can affect us. Some of the latest ideas are going to a plant based whole food diet, with minimal salts, oils and sugars (SOS). This is said to help with Diabetes and even Cancer. Personally, I have reduced my diabetes to pre-diabetic levels.

I think the best approach is to focus on adding healthy foods that have a positive effect on your health and the most positive thing you can add to your diet is awareness. Dieting is not really about subtracting foods that are “bad” for you, that is a lack mindset and not helpful. Instead, look at adding to your diet. If you are being present and aware, you will only eat what your body desires, what is right for you and only just enough. If I tell you what is right or wrong for you, there is a chance that I will be correct. Like if I suggest a vegetarian diet with very little dairy, it may be right for you… maybe not.
