Mind ReBalancing Course
These courses are designed to help you find balance in the areas of Health, Mindfulness, Energy Medicine and Spirituality. I personally created these courses based on my own evolution and education in becoming balanced.
Chapter 1: Introduction to Mind ReBalancing
Our Healthy ReBalancing course is the first of four courses and focuses on using clean oxygenated water and plant based whole foods, to bring our bodies back into balance. Learning to adjust our homes and our world to better support and protect us from any harmful toxins or air pollution and there are even ways to block harmful EMFs.
Welcome… in this first lesson we will focus on an overview of what having a healthy body means, and how can we accomplish this as a goal. Let’s find out what it would take to transform your health by choosing clean water and a whole food, plant based, no oil diet…

Chapter 2: Living in the Moment
We will be working in small steps… beginning with the water we are consuming. Is it pure? Is it optimal for our health? What is PH up water, what is Oxygenated water? How can it help us and how can we get it?

Chapter 3: Are You Happy Now?
Next we will cover food and how it can affect us. Some of the latest ideas are going to a plant based whole food diet, with minimal salts, oils and sugars (-SOS). This is said to help with Diabetes and even Cancer.

Our air is essential to our living and pure air is better for our brains and bodies. Air purifiers, negative ion generators and oxygen machines… what are our choices and how can we breathe easier?

I founded of the Life ReBalancing online course to help people find more balance in their lives and to share what I had discovered.
I was born in NY and moved to California at an early age. I chose to become a vegetarian at age 12 (now over 60) and also began to study meditation. By the age of 21 I went on my first trip to India, where I studied with a spiritual master. I have returned to India almost a dozen times over the years, and can share the ancient teachings I have found. I have been to many festivals there, including the Maha Kumbh Mela with 36 million people, in 2013. I now consider myself a Hindu and have been eating a plant-based whole-food, low fat diet.
I have also studied several online courses and mastered Energy Medicine and Mindfulness. These modern teachings can also align with the traditional teachings, as I will show you.
