Life ReBalancing Course - Healthy Water
Healthy Water is the most important step in rebalancing your health. Viewed from space, the Earth is a big blue ball, because of it being 75% covered in water. But, why do we take fresh water for granted? Almost 97% of all our water is in our oceans, about 2% is frozen in the polar ice caps… That leaves only about 1% that is drinkable fresh water.
Water is an essential ingredient for maximum health. Science has proven a connection between the water crystals and positive words, that can form into beautiful crystals when exposed to the word love (Maseru Emoto, Japan). Being fully hydrated is also needed to perform Energy Medicine and for most higher brain functions. Another major issue is our acidic diet, including drinking soda, coffee and alcohol, which makes our bodies too acidic and we need to balance that with more alkaline food and water, especially water. It is said that “making your body more alkaline is making it more cancer proof, as cancer can only grow in an acidic body”

Water, H2O… Let’s talk about the numbers for a minute. Our bodies are made of 70% water. It rains from the sky, literally. We know there are huge rivers of it flowing year round. It seems like it’s everywhere… But if only 1% is drinkable, is there enough for everyone? Somehow, we like to think of having water as a right, that we all should have access to fresh clean water. Do we really? Some of us… some of the humans on the planet, don’t have access to clean water at all, and many more have water they are told is clean, but it isn’t.

We all need water to survive. About a gallon a day per person. And in addition to the quantity of water we also need to look at the quality of our water. There are so many things in our water, I can’t begin to say… and they add chlorine and fluoride in many places. The lucky ones have their own wells, but even their water is contaminated in some places and it catches fire when lit, cause there’s so much methane gas in it! What do we do? What are the possible contaminants: there can be heavy metals, chemicals, antibiotics, bacteria and parasites. And what about the acidity of the water…

Our bodies, like the planet earth, are about 70% water. If you have ever managed a fish tank, or a swimming pool or hot tub, then you know about Ph balance and how it keeps your fish alive. If the water gets too alkaline or too acidic, then your fish may die… likewise, our bodies also need to be balanced for our best health. So, we all need to use a filter system that can both, take out all the contaminants… and lower the Ph of the water. The foods we eat can also lower our Ph levels.
