This page, updated on 14 October 2026, explains what information truthwhispering.com collects, why it's collected, and what choices you have.
Who we are
Truth Whispering is the practice of David Karp. You can reach him at dave@truthwhispering.com, or at 1442A Walnut St, Berkeley, California 94709.
What you give us
If you join the email list or ask about a workshop, you give your name and email address. The booking form for a session or a class asks for your name, email address and the details of your appointment, and a phone number if you choose to give one. If you write to David, he receives whatever you send. A comment on a blog post keeps your name, email address, comment and the address of the device it came from.
What the site collects on its own
Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and show which pages are read, what kind of device was used, and roughly where in the world the visit came from. Security software records the addresses of devices that visit the site, so it can block attacks.
How it is used
Your information is used to send you the emails you asked for, to arrange your sessions and classes, to answer your messages, to see which pages are helpful, and to keep the site safe. Your information is never sold.
Services that help run this site
Some of this work is done by outside services, and each one has its own privacy policy. MailerLite sends the emails. Acuity Scheduling handles bookings. Google Analytics counts visits. Vimeo plays the videos on the site. Akismet checks comments for spam. Wordfence protects the site. This website doesn't collect or store payment card numbers.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information David holds about you by writing to dave@truthwhispering.com. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, and Google offers a free browser add-on that stops Google Analytics from counting your visits.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and it doesn't knowingly collect information from them.
Links to other sites
Some links lead to other websites, such as Amazon, Discover Healing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
