Tips for a Healthy and Balanced Body

Our health is our dearest possession, especially when we are not well. When we are in our best health we have the energy and motivation to get great things done. But, how many times do we let our poor health hold us back where we could be doing so much more. Now if our bodies were our cars, we would likely pay more attention to them. Fixing them before they get too broken and basically taking care of them. Yet we ignore the check engine light in our bodies… Sometimes our bodies are telling us, we need to take a pit stop, or we need some better fuel. Maybe our batteries are just low.

I was considering how my life was just starting to feel balanced… Just a few years ago, there were parts of my life that felt totally out of balance. I looked around and I noticed that there were many people that needed rebalancing in some part of their lives…

Take a few minutes now and come on an imaginary trip with me, just a few minutes really. I want you to consider, have you looked at your life as a whole? Now imagine looking at the parts of your life, you are standing in the middle, looking around your imaginary room, filled with your life.

Just looking at the physical stuff for a minute, you would see all of the things you put into your body, in a year… Your food, meds, some drink or smoke? And imagine all of the clothes, shoes and other things you use to get out and walk, bike or workout. Maybe it is filled with exercise equipment, that you hardly use? This is what your BODY wants and needs… But, is it a Happy Body? Or does it ache and tell you another story?

One up a Dialogue with your Body

How about opening up a dialogue. Yes, a discussion with your body, would that be great? Only problem is, no way to communicate! Well, almost no way… There is a method called muscle testing, or kinesiology that uses the energy in the body’s electrical system to tell if something is true, much like a lie detector test. You may wonder if this is an objective or subjective test. Well, you would be surprised to know that subjective tests have concluded with the same results, and these tests were conducted in different places around the world. A great reference on this work is “Power vs Force“. It deals with these of muscle testing to test the truthful nature of famous people, politics, religions, and so much more. You can test the business you are going to invest in as well as the food you are planning to pick up at the market.

When we want to be good to our bodies, we exercise them, feed them healthy food and pamper them with hot tubs and massages. And when we are really being good to them, we let them rest… What if your body could talk to you? What would it say? Do you ever listen to see if there is a message? Do you ever wonder if you are getting a message when your body is hurting? Is it trying to tell you, “Hey buddy, pay attention to me!” When you are finally listening, do you ask, “What’s the matter body? What do you need from me?” Well, not really, unless it is a fairly serious pain. Even then, most people just take some meds and cover the pain… again, not listening to your body.

What is Healthy ReBalancing?

Healthy living is about finding a balance between our fast busy lives and doing what is right, in regards to eating right and taking the time to enjoy and be happy in our lives… It is the idea that we can make priorities and decide to be healthy and not be in a hurry.

In the Healthy ReBalancing course we will learn about the importantance of clean water for our health. We are made with over 70% water and water helps our internal systems to heal and grow. Air is needed for our very survival and when its pure, it brings us vital energy.

Our food is our fuel and  powers our bodies.  We can choose to eat simple basic foods instead of processed foods that are full of chemicals. Our homes can use electric alternatives to burning fires in fireplaces. Using an infrared sauna or a hottub can be healthy. And for our planet, we will also discuss alternate power sources for our homes, like solar, wind and others.
