About Life ReBalancing

WHAT IS LIFE REBALANCING?  I have to say first, I’m not the most balanced person in the world.  Just a few years ago, there were parts of my life that felt totally out of balance.  However, armed with my background in meditation, and my desire to find something more in my life, I began to learn the art of rebalancing. I have come a long way and learned many methods from many teachers and I have to keep reminding myself just how much more balanced my life has become… I looked around and I noticed that there were many people that needed rebalancing in some part of their lives… Then it dawned on me that I could share some of the lessons I have learned about rebalancing in my life. We all know that we could each use a little work on finding a balance in our health, our minds, our emotions and our spiritual lives. Some people have a few of these areas in their life fairly well balanced. Many people have a great mastery of a few areas, but few people have them all working as well as they could. I had a vision that these 4 aspects of our lives are like the corners of a room… Take a few minutes now and come on an imaginary trip with me, just a few minutes really. I want you to consider, have you looked at your life as a whole?

hbBugIf you have never considered the 4 corners of your life before… Imagine you are in a room. Now imagine that the corners are filled with the four parts of your life, and you are standing in the middle, looking around. In one corner you would see all of the Physical things you put into your body, in a year… Your food, meds, some drink or smoke? And imagine all of the clothes, shoes and other things you use to get out and walk, bike or workout. Maybe it is filled with exercise equipment, that you hardly use? This is what your BODY wants and needs… But, is it a Happy Body? Or does it ache and tell you another story?
mbBugIn another corner you would see the Mental things that you put into your mind, in a year. Your thoughts, inspirations, ideals as well as some self doubts, insecurities and fears! Imagine, all of the movies, some fun sit-coms or reality shows and some crime dramas and terrible new stories too, that your mind has seen and heard. Maybe it is filled with your desires, both fulfilled and unfulfilled? Is this what your MIND wants and needs? Ask yourself, is your Mind Happy? Or does it also ache and tell you another story?

The third corner is filled with all of the Emotional things you take into your heart, in a year… Your feelings about the way you are treated by others, maybe some emotional baggage from your past? Is it a just few suitcases of these past bad emotions, or are there a lot more baggage that you have deep inside. How much of the time are you feeling the good stuff? Like happiness, joy, friendship and peace. Do you spend enough time there, or do you spent more time with the tougher emotions like fear, anger, despair and resentment? If I told you you could learn to just feel better more, and let’s say it really worked, do you think feeling better could help your HEART feel more happy?

The final corner has all of your spiritual practices and beliefs about yourself, what you think your inner life is really about… In the last year, you went to yoga classes or to your church, or maybe both? Perhaps you reflected about the meaning of your life? Maybe you wondered if you had an impact on the world, or did it just go on as if you were not there?. In this corner you see the things you wanted to do to inspire yourself, camping or traveling for fun, but just didn’t have time for? Did you make time in your life for what your SOUL wants and needs… Just ask yourself, are you Happy with yourself? Or do you see that there is another side of you that would like to have some time just to reflect on life.
Now you can see that this room is full, in fact it is very full… But in each corner of your life, do you see yourself Happy with the way things are? Are there some corners that are more messy then others? This is natural, don’t worry about it… All of our lives have their messy parts. But now that we have looked at the different parts, we can all see just where we are good to go… and where we may need to pay some attention.

As we learn some of these ancient meditation techniques and some of the latest modern ones as well, as we will naturally learn to open up to our inner higher selves, quiet our minds and bodies, and to thrive.

The 4 steps below will enable you to find balance in your life. Some will be drawn to one path or another, however I recommend you begin with focusing your awareness on the Healthy ReBalancing path… That’s where my journey began.

Healthy ReBalancing

Our lives depend on our health! Finding a balance can be easy, by following our program of eating right, getting some exercise and enjoying a more balanced approach.

Most of the time, we have chaotic minds. Without clear minds to guide us, we are in fact just running wild. Begin to control your thoughts to find your mental balance.

Energy ReBalancing

Most illness is caused by an imbalance in your energy field. With the Emotion Code, you can release trapped past emotions, and your body can naturally heal itself.

Spiritual ReBalancing

In finding a spiritual path, there are many choices… Each person feels what is right for them. I find that the common goal is to  be quiet outside so you can listen within.
