Truth Whispering – Client Agreement and Informed Consent

By accepting this agreement you confirm that you have read and understood the following.

  1. Nature of the service. Truth Whispering is an educational and energetic practice. It is not medical, psychological, or any other licensed healthcare service.
  2. Practitioner status. David Karp is not a physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or licensed healthcare provider of any kind, and holds no clinical licence.
  3. Scope. You have read the Scope of Practice. This work does not diagnose, treat, cure, or manage any condition, and does not include advice about medication.
  4. No guarantee. No particular outcome is promised. Individual experiences vary widely, and results described by other people are their own.
  5. Your own care. This work is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. You should not start, stop, delay, or change any treatment, medication, or professional care on the basis of it. You remain responsible for your own relationships with your own licensed providers.
  6. Possible experiences. Self-reflective and energetic practices can bring up strong emotion, memory, or physical sensation. Some people experience distress, disorientation, or unsettling states. If this happens, stop the practice and contact a licensed professional.
  7. Assumption of risk. Your participation is voluntary. You accept the risks of your own participation and your own practice, and you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and your own decisions.
  8. Release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release David Karp and Truth Whispering, and any associated person or entity, from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation. Nothing in this paragraph limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
  9. Recording and privacy. Live workshops may be recorded, and your name or image may appear if you participate on camera. Your personal information will not be sold or shared for marketing by any third party.
  10. Questions. You have had the opportunity to ask questions before beginning, and may ask at any time.
  11. Electronic acceptance. Ticking the acceptance box has the same effect as a handwritten signature. A record of your acceptance, including the date and the version of this agreement, is retained.
  12. Changes. If this agreement changes, a new version is issued and you will be asked to accept the new version before your next session.
