7 Tips to “Self-Test” Your Way to Optimal Health

Of all the tools in my toolbox, my most valued is my ability to use self-muscle testing.

If you have not tried muscle testing, or even if you have not gotten the results you were looking for, I want to share these 7 tips with you.

1. Practice! By using muscle testing often throughout the day, you’re essentially training your body to become more sensitive to the muscle responses. So over time, you’ll need to use less and less pressure, AND it will help your intuition become stronger.

2. Finesse, not force. Listen to your body. Use the least amount of pressure and resistance as possible. This will help you avoid tiring your muscles out or hurting your joints with repetitive use.

3. Pain means stop! Don’t hurt yourself. Learn a backup method just in case you do start to need it.

4. Keep your mind clear. Turn off music and tv and leave other distractions in the other room. Don’t let anything influence the clarity of your questions or answers.

5. Keep your questions direct and to the point. That way your answers can be clear too! Ask your questions aloud if you have trouble staying focused.

6. Respect it! Muscle testing is not to be used for telling the future or invasively reading someone’s mind.

7. Be patient. Don’t stress if you’re not great at it right away. It’s just like learning to play the piano, it takes time and practice to become proficient.

Best of luck to you, and if you really want to take your muscle-testing skills to the next level I recommend that you learn more about becoming a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner.

You will learn a number of advanced techniques and tricks that are not available anywhere else.

How to get rid of your emotional baggage

The concept of a Trapped Emotion can be strange if you’ve never heard of it before, especially if you’re not familiar with energy work.

But I think the reason that The Emotion Code is catching on is because people like you understand what it means to have emotional baggage.

So let me ask you – Do you have emotional baggage that is holding you back from the life you really want?

The truth is that the “emotional baggage” we often refer to actually consists of trapped emotions.

Let me explain…

Just about everyone has some amount of emotional baggage from painful life events, right? It’s not all in your head!

Emotional baggage is very real, and although it’s invisible, it can really mess up your happiness, your success and your health.

It’s like lugging around a suitcase from every difficult event you’ve gone through- eventually the load gets too heavy not to notice.

I call each “suitcase” a Trapped Emotion- a bit of emotional energy that was created, by you, during an emotional event, that got stuck in your body somewhere.

Trapped Emotions are literally like balls of energy, vibrating at different frequencies depending on what the emotion is (for example, Anger is a different vibration than Sadness or Insecurity).

Trapped Emotions are negative, destructive vibrations, and tend to affect the body wherever they lodge, creating pain and malfunction of bodily tissues, even disease.

They can also cause depression, anxiety and loads of emotional problems.

Trapped Emotions sure can make life miserable, but you can get rid of them using The Emotion Code and lighten your load for good!

If breaking free from your limiting emotions is something that you are interested in I think you should take a moment to watch a free “Unloading Emotional Baggage” webinar that I have posted.

Energy ReBalancing is not as easy as it sounds…

It seems like a no brainer, just get some balance on that energy thing… But where is your energy? Actually it’s there, just invisible. Your energy is constantly flowing through your body and mind. It is driving the car of your body, just like an electric car (I just got one, hehe) and it flows through your meridians and chakras. If your energy gets blocked or distorted it can cause dis-ease or illness. By ReBalancing the energy, your health will return and your body can often heal itself…

Spiritual ReBalancing was originally done thousands of years ago

In the beginning… just kidding. Really as we evolved into the human beings of today, staring up at the stars… Our minds have been also evolving along with us. But is it keeping up? They say that we only use 10% of our brains, and what about our minds? Are they really inside our brains anyway? There is evidence that we have one brain in our head and another in our heart. Some believe that this is the place where our intuition lives.

When we begin to rebalance our minds (and bodies and emotions too) we create a space inside. By making your mins stop chattering for just 15 sec. you can create a ripple effect and start to feel your intuitive voice speaking more of the time… By listening to this inner guidance (heart) and ignoring the judgmental ego that is always distracting us )mind) we can start to create the kind of balance that spreads to our whole life.

Health is the natural outcome for a balanced body.

Our health is our dearest possession, especially when we are not well. When we are in our best health we have the energy and motivation to get great things done. But, how many times do we let our poor health hold us back where we could be doing so much more. Now if our bodies were our cars, we would likely pay more attention to them. Fixing them before they get too broken and basically taking care of them. Yet we ignore the check engine light in our bodies… Sometimes our bodies are telling us, we need to take a pit stop, or we need some better fuel. Maybe our batteries are just low.

When we want to be good to our bodies, we exercise them, feed them healthy food and pamper them with hot tubs and massages. And when we are really being good to them, we let them rest… What if your body could talk to you? What would it say? Do you ever listen to see if there is a message? Do you ever wonder if you are getting a message when your body is hurting? Is it trying to tell you, “Hey buddy, pay attention to me!” When you are finally listening, do you ask, “What’s the matter body? What do you need from me?” Well, not really, unless it is a fairly serious pain. Even then, most people just take some meds and cover the pain… again, not listening to your body.
