Five Decades. Four Disciplines. Three Teachers. Two Methods. One System.

The story of how Truth Whispering came to be.
I stopped eating meat when I was twelve years old.

Nobody told me to. There was no book, no documentary, no health scare. I just woke up one morning with a feeling in my gut that said: stop. So I did.

I didn’t know it at the time, but that was my first lesson in Truth Whispering — listening to something I couldn’t explain, and trusting it over everything my family and culture were telling me.

“The body knows before the mind does. It always has.”

Growing up in New York in the 1960s, I was surrounded by people who trusted institutions — doctors, teachers, authorities. The idea that your own body could be a more reliable compass than any expert was, to put it mildly, not the prevailing wisdom.

But I kept noticing the gap. The gap between what I was told was true and what I felt was true. The gap between the advice I received and the results it produced. The gap between the noise in my head and the quiet knowing underneath it.

At seventeen, my parents introduced me to EST — Werner Erhard’s transformational training. It was the first time I understood that the voice in my head wasn’t me. It was a tool. A very loud, very opinionated tool that I had mistaken for my identity. That realization changed everything.

Around the same time, I walked into a yoga class in Berkeley and met my guru — Sadguru Sant Keshavadas. I didn’t go looking for a spiritual teacher. I wasn’t on a quest. I just walked into a room and felt like I was remembering something I had forgotten. That’s the only way I can describe it.

The next three decades were a slow convergence. Twelve trips to India. Thousands of hours of meditation. A career in health and wellness. A growing awareness that the four disciplines I had been practicing separately — healthy living, mindfulness, energy work, and spiritual practice — were not four separate things. They were four pathways to the same destination.

“Intuition is not a gift. It’s a skill. And anyone can learn it.”

In 2001, at the Kumbh Mela in India — the world’s largest spiritual gathering — I asked the universe for a soul partner. I wasn’t being dramatic. I was being specific. Months later, I was about to call my first sweetheart from 25 years prior. My inner voice said with crystal clarity: Wait. Don’t call. I listened. She called me the next day. We reunited and married.

That wasn’t vague intuition. That was precise guidance. And it changed how I understood what I had been practicing all along.

In 2011, I read a book called Creating a Bug Free Mind by Andy Shaw. I realized I was not the one driving my own bus. I began to take back control of my mind. The previous lessons started to come back — and eventually I was not just running on my programming.

In 2012, I discovered applied kinesiology and Dr. Bradley Nelson’s Emotion Code. I realized that muscle testing could give binary subconscious answers — direct access to the body’s electrical intelligence. Yes or No. True or False. No interpretation required.

Around 2012, a significant loss cleared away everything that wasn’t essential. Instead of breaking, something settled. The four disciplines converged. Truth Whispering was born.

I’ve spent the fifteen years since refining the system, working with thousands of clients, writing three books, and building the Quantum Matrix Code — a comprehensive map of the human energy field. The work has taken me from Berkeley to India to living rooms and Zoom calls across twelve countries.

I’m Dave Karp. I’m the original Truth Whisperer. And I’d love to show you what your Higher Self has been trying to tell you.
